Contract
Salary structure:
Basic hourly salary + bonuses + benefits
Hourly salary gross: 120 CZK/hour
Qualification bonus gross: + 6 CZK/hour
Avarege perfomance bonus gross: +4.500 CZK/month
Meal allowance: +1500 CZK/month
Sample calculation:
Average gross salary (174 hours/month )= 26.424 CZK/month = 1.134 USD/month
Average net salary (174 hours/month )= 23.452 CZK/month = 1.006 USD/month

Requirements
- Practical experience with assembling mechanical parts is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a team.
- Manual work ability – good hands/fingers, good eyes, standing on feet.
- Mechanical skill is an advantage.

Details
Visa type:
- "D" type work visa, employee card issued upon arrival
- Permanent residence in 5 years in case of successful employment.
Processing time: 6-8 months, subject to Consulate and government offices delays
