1. Who we are

Artellect Pte Ltd (“Artellect”, “we”, “us”) is a licensed employment agency incorporated in Singapore (EA Licence No. 15C7840). We operate the website at www.artellect.net and our mobile application (together, the “Platform”).

2. Acceptance of these Terms

By accessing or using the Platform — including browsing job listings, creating an account, or submitting a job application — you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”).

If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the Platform after any changes means you accept the updated Terms.

3. What the Platform is for

The Platform is a recruitment service. It allows you to:

• Browse job vacancies posted by Artellect
• Create an account and track your applications
• Submit job applications to Artellect for consideration
• Access information about the application and placement process

The Platform is not a general job board. All vacancies listed are managed directly by Artellect as part of its licensed recruitment services.

4. Eligibility

You may use the Platform if you are at least 18 years old and legally permitted to seek employment under the laws of your country of residence.

By using the Platform, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in your application being rejected or your account being suspended.

5. Your account

When you create an account, you are responsible for:

• Keeping your password confidential
• All activity that takes place under your account
• Notifying us immediately if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission

We reserve the right to suspend or close accounts that we believe have been misused or that contain false information.

6. Applying for jobs

When you submit a job application through the Platform, you authorise Artellect to:

• Process your application on your behalf
• Share your information with relevant employers as part of the placement process
• Contact you regarding your application by the methods you have provided

Submitting an application does not guarantee placement or an interview. Artellect will inform you of the outcome of your application as soon as reasonably practicable.

7. Fees

Artellect’s fees are governed by the Employment Agencies Act (Cap. 92A) of Singapore and its regulations. Any fees applicable to you will be clearly disclosed before they become payable.

No payment is required simply to browse the Platform or create an account.

8. Your responsibilities

When using the Platform, you agree not to:

• Provide false, inaccurate or misleading information at any time
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform or its systems
• Copy, distribute or modify any part of the Platform without our written permission
• Upload or transmit any malicious code or content that could harm the Platform or other users

9. Our content

All content on the Platform — including job listings, text, images, and design — is owned by or licensed to Artellect. You may not reproduce or use it without our written permission, except for your own personal, non-commercial use.

10. Third-party links

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not control those websites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

11. Privacy

How we collect and use your personal data is set out in our Privacy Policy at www.artellect.net/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you confirm that you have read and understood our Privacy Policy.

12. Limitation of liability

We provide the Platform on a reasonable-efforts basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We do not guarantee that the Platform will be available at all times or free from errors
• We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Platform, including indirect, consequential or economic loss
• We are not liable for the conduct of employers or third parties involved in the recruitment process

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
