RECRUITMENT PROCESS

Your choice of destination country depends on your current location. For example applicants who work now in Singapore can apply to certain countries, while applicants in Taiwan can apply to other countries. The reason behind this is availability of Embassy or Consulate of your destination country in your current location. Pay attention to job description pages. They show applicants in which locations can apply.

After you select the job and send it your application we will contact you for a Skype or personal interview first. If you qualify we will promote your CV to prospective employers.

No. You will be travelling directly to your new place of work.

If we have not contacted you within 3 days, if may mean one of the following:

  1. You don’t have WhatsApp or Viber and you have not answered our phone call. If this is the case, please install WhatsApp and reach out to us.
  2. You have not passed main qualifying requirements. For example, you do not posses a required skill. Don’t give up. Try applying for another position.

Within your recruitment process you will have at least two interviews:

1. Pre-qualifying interview with our recruiter
2. Interview with employer

If you failed any of them – don’t give up. Ask your recruiter about the reason behind failure and try applying to another position.

Of course. Nationality does not matter. What matters are your skill, background and current location.

There are no age limits for jobs. Some jobs required physical strength and endurance. Decision to apply or not is totally yours.

COVID-19

Covid-19 may affect speed of the paperwork and availability of flights. Most of the government offices and departments continue working in online mode. This may influence speed of Work Permit or visa application processes.

TERMS OR ARTELLECT SERVICE

Our policy is to be as much transparent and upfront with our applicants as possibly. All the expected expenses and fees, including agency commissions, flights, documents, etc are published on the job description pages.

 

Upon your application and before you have any expenses you will receive and sign our Service Agreement, which shows full conditions of our service and breakdown of costs. This is required by Singapore Employment Agencies Act.
