Job Description
Employer is: the biggest regional online retailer, investing 10+ Million Euros in Hungarian market, operating two locations over 16,500 square meters each and moving 3.5 million products per week.
Job name: Warehouse and logistics general operator
Every applicant will go through 3 main training stages to determine his best suitability for the following functions: Picker/Oubound Operations, Loader/Inbound Operations, Coordinator/Outbound.
Responsibilities: manual sorting and packaging of different items
- Pack various articles and goods of different productions into cartons
- follow the provided instructions and specification
- load / unload packed items. NOTE: heavy items possible
- work with scanner
Contract
Employer offers a comprehensive remuneration model that encourages workers to grow and progress in their efficiency while reaching higher salary levels.
Every applicant will go through 3 main training stages to determine his best suitability for the following functions: Picker/Outbound Operations, Loader/Inbound Operations, Coordinator/Outbound.
Base salary structure:
Picker/Outbound = 2,700 HUF gross = approx 1,800 HUF netto
Loader/Inbound = 2,000 HUF gorss = 1,340 HUF netto
Outbound Coordinator = 2,300 HUF gross = 1,600 HUF netto
Bonuses applicable for Picker/Outbound and Coordinator/Outbound:
100 HUF/hour: attendance bonus, between 176-200 worked hours
50 HUF/hour: attendance bonus over 200 hours
1,000 HUF/day: Good will bonus
+10% bonus on top of base for cooler work
+10% bonus on top of base for chiller work
Weekend premium, national holiday premium: hourly rate x 1.5 (as per existing legislation)
Bonus structure for Picker/Outbound:
Direct % Performance Pay: if performance is 110% - pay is also 110%, etc.
Salary increase:
+400 HUF/hour experience bonus for 1000+ hours completed
+500 HUF/hour experience bonus for 2500+ hours completed
===> which is approximately 20-25% salary increase in 5-6 months time
Notes and details:
- Attendance Bonus is on the top of the regular hourly pay.
- Experience Bonus is on the top of the base pay.
- Good Will Bonus, calculated on a daily base, payrolled at the end of the month together with salary. It is payable to a worker who perfroms a full day of work, no delay, no early departure from work, performing from end -to - end
- Performance Pay is calculated based on perfo % data provided by Kifli.hu, at the end of the month. Total number of worked hours multiply by the average monthly perfomance.
- Cooler and Chiller Bonus is on top of the regular hourly pay.
- Weekend and National holiday premium is calculated with base pay, as per applicable law, except for Picker, Outbound positions, where it's calculated with performance pay.
Sample calculation (for reference only), 200 hours/month basis:
Picker, Outbound = 1,106 USD*
Loader, Inbound = 820 USD
Outbound coordinator = 990 USD

Package & benefits
Subsided accommodation:
- Subsidised accommodation, Employee covers 50.000 HUF/month only.
- For employees who reach efficiency of 110% and higher - the accommodation is 100% free.
Who can apply
Applicants who currently reside and work in Taiwan (ARC card holders)
Requirements
- Physical strength and endurance. Some positions require jointly up to 10-15 km walking per day.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English
- Ability to work with PDA
- Experience in a similar job is an advantage
- Must have the ability to work in a cold place at temperatures ranging from 5 to 0°C
- Medical requirement: medical record, included X-RAY for lungs
Details
Contract duration: 2 years + further extension.
Hungarian work permit (long term). Arranged by employer and agency.
Processing time: 3-6 months, subject to schedule of public services
Expenses
Total expenses: 150,000 TWD
