Job name: Warehouse and logistics general operator
Every applicant will go through 3 main training stages to determine his best suitability for the following functions: Picker Outbound Operations, Loader Inbound Operations, Coordinator Outbound.
Responsibilities: manual sorting and packaging of different items
- Work in the warehouse cold sector work, “freezer” where work temperature will be between -10 to -20 Celsius
- Pack various articles and goods of different productions into cartons
- follow the provided instructions and specification
- load / unload packed items. NOTE: heavy items possible
- work with scanner
Contract details
Employer offers a comprehensive remuneration model that encourages workers to grow and progress in their efficiency while reaching higher salary levels.
Salary structure: Base + bonuses and/or KPI pay
Base salary structure:
Picker, Outbound, Cold sector = 2,940 HUF gross = approx 1,955 HUF netto
Bonuses applicable:
1,000 HUF/day: Good will bonus (diligent daily work, no absences, etc)
+actual % performance bonus. Example: reached 120% KPI --> 20% bonus to base salary.
Regular performance reviews and possibility for salary upgrade.
Notes and details:
- Good Will Bonus, calculated on a daily base, payrolled at the end of the month together with salary. It is payable to a worker who perfroms a full day of work, no delay, no early departure from work, performing from end -to - end
- Performance Pay is calculated based on perfo % data provided by Kifli.hu, at the end of the month. Total number of worked hours multiply by the average monthly perfomance.
- Weekend and National holiday premium is calculated with base pay, as per applicable law.
Sample calculation (for reference only), 200 hours/month basis:
Standard performance (100% KPI): netto 406980 HUF ==> 1,295 USD*
Successful performance (120% KPI): 485184 HUF ==> 1,545 USD

Requirements
- Experience in a similar position.
- Warehouse cold sector work, “freezer” where work temperature will be between -10 to -20 Celsius. Employee must be able to sustain standard performance level in such areas.
- The daily tasks are physically demanding, only fit and healthy applicants should apply.
- Good communication skills, both verbal and written in English
- Ability to work with PDA
- Medical requirement: medical record, included X-RAY for lungs
Job details
Contract duration: 2 years + further extension.
Hungarian work permit (long term). Arranged by employer and agency.
Processing time: 4-6 months, subject to schedule of public services
